I've been following yoga lessons at several schools and found PURE yoga classes and retreats couple of years ago. I like Valentina's classes, because she brings to the classes both the joy of practice and a relaxing, meditative feeling, including mantra singing. She is a compassionate teacher and creates an atmosphere where students feel comfortable to take it easy or try more challenging poses. I've learned to listen to my body more and to have more self-accepting attitude.

Een yoga les van Valentina is altijd een goed begin van de dag! Fijne yoga, lekker aan het strand. Leuke vrouw :)

Wauw wauw en wauw! Wat een weekend! Wat een verwennerij! Nooit geweten, dat er zo dicht bij Amsterdam zoveel natuurschoon was. Het arrangement....ik voelde me een prinses! Het eten verzorgd door Marija Petrovic en Karin. Heerlijk!!! De organisatie, yoga, workshoppen!!! Ik heb er echt geen woorden voor. Niks moest, alles mocht....behalve suiker en vlees dan :D Echt een retreat, verzorgd tot in de puntjes! Dankjewel Valentina en team!

Verleden jaar ben ik voor het eerst mee geweest op retreat. En eerlijk.... het was een cadeau voor mijzelf, totale rust. Mooie omgeving, fijne locatie, diverse lessen en activiteiten waar je aan mee kan doen (niets moet) en niet te vergeten de overheerlijke kleurrijke suikervrije biologische vegan maaltijden. Het was goed verzorgd dames, ik kijk er alweer naar uit!

Bij PURE Yoga kom je in een warm bad, oefenen op je eigen niveau, in de groep, op het strand of online, veelzijdig en gevarieerd. Inspirerend voor body & soul, net als Valentina zelf 🙏🌹

De yogalessen bij Valentina zijn altijd heel erg fijn. Een goede balans tussen yin en yang. Heel toegankelijk en in een ontspannen en vertrouwde omgeving, zowel offline als online. Valentina is een hele prettige yogateacher, ze is authentiek, bescheiden en vriendelijk. Ze is áltijd positief en heeft een hele fijne energie. Haar yogasessies offline aan zee zijn mijn favoriet, afsluitend met een kopje koffie bij de strandtent. Hopelijk heel gauw weer. Namasté 🙏🏻

From the very first Yoga class I took with Valentina I was hooked. Her style is what I was looking for. Whenever I take a Yoga class with her, online or in person, I have the most fulfilling Yoga practice. It is a great mix of postures flow, breathing and relaxation. Valentina is kind and relaxed and her teachings are very professional. I absolutely recommend practicing Yoga with her. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join a class with her at the beach, it is truly an amazing experience.
